AC Milan hosts Parma
AC Milan hosts Parma at the Stadio San Siro in a fixture from the 11th round of the Serie A. Are you ready to take a look at this game in the next few paragraphs?
Milan are living the dream this season. The Rossoneri are leading the Serie A table and they are unbeaten since the beginning of the campaign. What the manager Stefano Pioli did with the team since his appointment is just terrific. We can’t forget about Zlatan Ibrahimovic’ influence as well.
Last week Milan achieved a 4th win in the last five rounds of the Calcio. Even without the injured Ibrahimovic the Rossoneri achieved a difficult, but precious 2-1 win against Sampdoria at the Luigi Ferraris. Frank Kessie from a penalty kick and Samu Castillejo scored for the visitors. These three points were really important.
Most likely Zlatan Ibrahimovic won’t return against Parma on Sunday. What we hear is that Milan’s medical staff prefers to keep the Swedish striker out of play for at least one more week.
Parma are currently 16th in the Serie A standings with 10 points won so far. Meanwhile the Crusaders are just four points ahead of the 18th Torino and the relegation zone, so they need to step up.
Last week Parma at least won a point during the home game against Benevento. The match at the Ennio Tardini ended 0-0 which dissapointed Parma’s fans.
Maybe Parma’s head coach Fabio Liverani will make some changes in his line-up. Players like Inglese, Gagliolo, Brunetta and Brugman could return to the line-up.
That’s our preview for the Serie A game between AC Milan and Parma at the Stadio San Siro. The Rossoneri will be aiming to record another win and keep their leadership in the league. If they want to win the title they must keep adding points to their tally.
